How it works
From open shift to paid shift.
Find a shift that fits
Filtered and ranked by specialty, grade, distance and rate, not a flat list to scroll through.
See your whole month at a glance
Confirmed shifts on a real calendar, not buried in a list of applications.
Verified once, valid everywhere
Upload a document once. It follows you between trusts instead of being re-chased by email each time.
Trusts see what needs them today
A ranked list of what's actually urgent, not a wall of tiles to dig through every morning.

Questions
Before you ask
Every document goes through a real review queue before it's marked approved — nothing is auto-accepted. Once approved, it's valid at every hospital group on Staffly, not re-checked from scratch each time.
Instant Book auto-confirms a shift the moment a compliant applicant applies, with no manual approval step — but only if they pass every compliance check for that specific hospital first, including Garda Vetting where it applies. Anyone who doesn't meet the bar is never auto-confirmed.
Pricing is agreed directly with each hospital group rather than published as a flat rate. Request a pilot and we'll talk pricing directly.
HSE hospitals across Ireland, alongside the NHS trusts Staffly already works with in the UK.
There's no agency in the middle taking a spread on both sides — Staffly is the platform a hospital and a worker use directly, with the compliance and payment plumbing built in.
